Website Terms
The terms for using this website and its product demonstrations.
Stark is operated by Premier Global Management, LLC.
At a glance.
- This website provides information and interactive product examples.
- A demonstration action does not change a customer system or establish a service agreement.
- Workspace access, features and integration requirements are confirmed separately.
1. Scope and acceptance
These terms are between you and Premier Global Management, LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”), the operator of Stark. They govern use of the Stark public website, its contact forms and its interactive demonstrations. By using the site, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, discontinue use. A separate written service agreement is required for access to an invited Stark workspace and takes precedence for that service.
2. Information and demonstrations
The website describes product concepts and capabilities for discussion with the Stark team. Product interfaces use fictional, illustrative data. Forecasts, confidence values, project dates, capacity figures and proposed actions in these demonstrations are examples. They are not claims about a customer, measured product accuracy or a guaranteed delivery result.
3. Availability and access
Browsing the website does not create a service account or a right to use a Stark workspace. Stark is available by invitation. Integration availability, supported features, implementation requirements and commercial terms are confirmed through the team and, where relevant, a written agreement. The public code samples illustrate contracts; they are not a promise of a publicly available endpoint.
4. Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the site, defeat access controls, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, or use contact forms for spam. Do not probe private records or try to retrieve another visitor’s inquiry. Reasonable automated access to public information must respect operational limits and applicable law.
5. Contact and access-help requests
Provide accurate contact information and only information you have permission to share. A confirmation on the contact form means the request was stored successfully; it does not mean a contract was accepted, a workspace was provisioned or a response time was guaranteed. Do not submit secrets, payment information or sensitive personal information through the form.
6. Generated suggestions and decisions
Generated answers and forecasts may be incomplete or incorrect. Review sources, assumptions, permissions and real-world constraints before relying on a suggestion. You remain responsible for your operational decisions and commitments. Demonstration actions update the example interface and do not create work in a customer system.
7. Intellectual property
The Stark name, original website content, branding and interface materials are owned by Premier Global Management, LLC or used with permission from the relevant rights holders. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. You may view and use the site for its intended informational purpose. These terms do not grant a right to use Stark branding as your own, imply endorsement or redistribute protected material beyond permissions provided by law or a separate agreement.
8. Third-party references
Names of third-party tools identify illustrative integration patterns. They belong to their respective owners and do not imply sponsorship, partnership or endorsement. Third-party products and services have their own terms and privacy practices. No connection to a third-party account is made by browsing these demonstrations.
9. Privacy
Personal information submitted through the site is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit another person’s personal information without authorization. If you wish to exercise a privacy right or correct an inquiry, contact Premier Global Management, LLC through the sales form with enough context to locate the record.
10. Changes and interruptions
We may update the website, correct content, modify demonstrations or suspend access to address operational or security needs. The public site may be unavailable from time to time. Changes to a separately contracted service are governed by its written agreement, rather than a public demonstration.
11. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent allowed by applicable law, the public website and demonstrations are provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, complete information or suitability for a particular use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any liability for a separately contracted service is governed by the relevant agreement and applicable law.
12. Disputes and governing requirements
Contact Premier Global Management, LLC first to explain a concern and seek a practical resolution. Mandatory consumer, privacy and other applicable legal rights remain unaffected. A contracted service agreement will state its applicable governing law and dispute arrangements.
13. General provisions
If a term is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a term does not waive it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, describe use of this public website; they do not replace a signed service agreement. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with a new effective date.
14. Contact
Use the Talk to sales form to contact Premier Global Management, LLC about these terms and include “Website terms” in your message. The public form stores your inquiry for review. It does not provide urgent incident response or an emergency communication service.
